January 28, 2022 Decision Lens, the integrated planning software company modernizing how government prioritizes, plans, and funds today announced the promotion of Joshua Martin to Chief Marketing Officer.
Since joining the company, Josh has led several major initiatives to establish Decision Lens as the premier planning software company for the public sector. Under his leadership the company has shifted its focus exclusively to the public sector, refreshed its brand, launched a new website, and built a strong inbound program to capture growing interest from government agencies looking to act faster, fund smarter, and innovate at scale.
Through these efforts, Decision Lens has become increasingly ingrained in the federal government. The company serves as a charter member of the US Space Force Association DC Chapter, where Josh was unanimously elected as the organization’s first Vice President of Marketing.
“When we hired Josh, we had high expectations. When looking for a marketing leader, I hoped to find an analytical, creative, and flexible mind that could tackle the challenges of selling software to the federal government. Nearly two years later he has delivered beyond what he promised while establishing a foundation for sustained success,” said John Saaty, Co-Founder and CEO of Decision Lens.
The talented marketing team he has recruited and fostered have taken best practices from business to business (B2B) marketing, applied them to the public sector, and delivered the strongest pipeline in the company’s history. Look for the Decision Lens brand to become more visible in and beyond the DC area throughout 2022.
Before joining Decision Lens, Josh served as a marketing leader at Logi Analytics and Perfect Sense. During his time at these organizations, he established a strict focus on winnable markets, created strong understanding of the ideal customer, and established each brand as thought leaders in their respective markets.
