What's your Decision Lens Origin Story?

I was working for a very small gov’t contractor who got acquired. I was with the company for 5 years and knew the end goal was an acquisition and enjoyed playing a role in the process. However, what I did not anticipate was the culture post acquisition and was ready to make a career change. A recruiter from DL reached out shortly after my company was acquired and I began the interview process. The process was long but ultimately, I made the decision to join DL and take a chance. I’m glad I did!

How has your role evolved over time since you’ve been here?

I started as Director of CS and was promoted after 2 years. The role is constantly evolving and brings new challenges each day. I love that about the role as you never become stagnant and there is always something to improve.

What are you most proud of in your career so far?

Creating an implementation process and enabling more transparency between different organizations. Putting process around how the team reports on implementations.

What is the most interesting project you've worked on here?

Working with customers across different verticals and domains is always interesting. They each have their own unique mission.

What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?

That my calendar is packed!

What do you enjoy most about working at Decision Lens?

The autonomy and ability to empower change.

What about the Decision Lens mission appeals most to you?

We are helping to modernize the public sector.
