Demonstrations & Support
If you or your organization is new to Decision Lens, and wish to leverage Decision Lens to support your organization, follow these steps to get started:
1. Request a short demonstration of Decision Lens. Call Laura Seng, your Decision Lens Account Manager, at 484-553-8841 or email lseng@decisionlens.com.
2. Post-demonstration, Decision Lens provides a Success Planning Workshop with your organization's key stakeholders. Decision Lens team members will meet with USDA leads and core team members to review the details of a prospective USDA process for which Decision Lens may be implemented. The purpose of these discussions will be to help the Decision Lens team generate a recommendation regarding the level of support needed to ensure success for the USDA user groups (see packages below). These meetings will also help USDA personnel understand the Decision Lens implementation and support approach.
3. Support packages (implementation and support)
USDA has purchased implementation and support packages to accompany the Decision Lens License. Customer Success Managers are standing by to assist the USDA for any decision. Typical support includes model development, best practices for rating scales, data import, facilitation support, allocation scenario development, advanced analytics and visualization and custom training.
Decision Lens can also provide a custom learning program for your organization based on your specific goals/requirements. Contact your USDA Decision Lens Account Manager to get started.
