John Saaty, Chief Executive Officer
John Saaty is the co-founder and CEO of Decision Lens. Prior to Decision Lens, John was the CMO for AWS WeatherBug, a high-growth technology company where he was responsible for marketing, product management, business development, and international market entry across the company. Saaty joined AWS in January of 2002 to develop and grow a new business unit in the energy sector, and in November of 2002 he was promoted to run the WeatherBug Business Division including business units in education, business services, and media services.
Prior to joining AWS, Saaty was vice president of Marketing for Cysive, Inc., a multi-channel software solutions builder in Reston, VA., where he was responsible for building and managing comprehensive corporate marketing, business development, and product marketing capabilities, as well as directing the company through an IPO and a secondary offering to raise $180MM. Previously, Saaty was brand manager with Intel Corporation where he was responsible for brand management and marketing programs for microprocessors such as the Pentium Pro, Pentium with MMX Technology, Pentium II and Pentium III, as well as Intel chipsets.
Saaty has an MBA with dual majors in marketing and entrepreneurial management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Daniel Saaty is the Chief Technology Officer at Decision Lens, Inc. He has advised numerous Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies in mission-critical decisions – from multi-billion dollar strategic planning processes to decision management methodologies for major capital investments, portfolio management decision processes, and acquisition and best-value source selections.
An expert in the implementation of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP), Mr. Saaty has over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing advanced decision methodologies.
Mr. Saaty's skill in decision process design and facilitation is widely sought after by companies and government agencies including Johnson and Johnson, Amtrak, the NFL, National Grid, Joint Chiefs of Staff, US Department of Defense, NASA, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Military Health System among others.
The advanced decision methodologies designed and implemented by Mr. Saaty are routinely used in both the public and private sectors to prioritize mission-critical objectives, site selection, best-value source selection, enterprise risk management, human resource management, work effort prioritization, and engineering trade-off analysis decisions.
Tony Serafino, Chief Operating Officer
Tony joined Decision Lens in July 2005, a few months after the company launched their first software platform. He is a decision-making process expert with a strong background in portfolio management, capital investment planning, and performance measurement. He has a decade of experience with Decision Lens' underlying methodologies and has facilitated hundreds of decision-making sessions.
In his first role at Decision Lens as Vice President of Business Development, Tony helped establish and grow the company's presence in the marketplace by securing key customers in the commercial and government markets, building those client relationships, working closely with Decision Lens' partners, and ensuring the company's go-to-market approach was successful. As Chief Operating Officer, Tony continues many of the same business development responsibilities with the added focus of the company's account management function, which is charged with ensuring comprehensive and uncompromising customer service.
Prior to joining Decision Lens, Tony was with global consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton. At Booz Allen, Tony led a team of consultants on projects that helped numerous defense, intelligence, and civilian government agencies improve their decision-making and resource allocation processes. He also was responsible for market and business development within homeland security, defense, and intelligence communities. Prior to working with Booz Allen, Tony was an intelligence and artillery officer in the U.S. Army.
Kevin Connor, Vice President, Decision Solutions Group
Kevin is an expert in the strategic management of innovation with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and new product development, specializing in process and organizational design. Kevin has a proven track record of accelerating growth and performance in organizations facing rapid change.
Prior to joining Decision Lens, Kevin was the Director, Office of Program Management at Johnson & Johnson’s LifeScan where he was responsible for the portfolio and NPD governance processes across a multi-billion dollar Franchise. Kevin held the co-chair of the J&J Portfolio Management Consortium Group. During his tenure at J&J, Kevin led the commercialization of numerous global innovations for such brands as InTouch® –Diabetes, OneTouch®, Splenda® and Viactiv®.
Previously, Kevin was with the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where his work spanned ideation to strategic sourcing. Kevin co-founded and managed RailWayz, Inc., until its acquisition in 2005. Drawing on this diverse background, Kevin has repeatedly earned trusted advisor status among leaders and management teams from startups to the Fortune 500.
Kevin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Black Belt in Design Excellence. He holds a Masters in Technology Management from Penn Engineering and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
