Today, Decision Lens announced that the General Services Administration (GSA) has issued an ATO for its software product, extending the company’s FedRAMP certification and affiliation.

FedRAMP is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. This approach uses a “do once, use many times” framework that saves an estimated 30 to 40 percent of government costs, as well as both time and staff required to conduct redundant agency security assessments.

“GSA’s participation in the FedRAMP authorization was imperative for Decision Lens. We recognize the importance of keeping our customers’ data secure and want our customers to know we take this very seriously,” said John Kealey, Chief Executive Officer of Decision Lens. “With that in mind, we have spent an enormous amount of time on building and enabling a world-class security system that will meet and exceed FedRAMP regulations and are proud to present it to our customers today.”

Decision Lens software is used across numerous organizations for better strategic prioritization and resource allocation. Commercial customers that have been announced include Johnson & Johnson, Genentech, and Sikorsky among others.  Federal customers include the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Navy, Army, Air Force, General Services Administration, Department of Agriculture, and the Federal Aviation Administration among many others.  State and local organizations include Washington State CIO, Ohio State CIO, DFW airport, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Mississippi Department of Transportation, and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency among others.
