UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY TEAMS WITH DECISION LENS FOR BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION PRIORITIZATION

The Undersecretary of the Navy for Operations (SECNAV), specifically the Chief Management Office, is responsible for recruiting, organizing, and training Navy personnel.
