U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DEPLOYS DECISION LENS SOFTWARE ACROSS NETWORK

MOST COMPREHENSIVE VETERANS ASSISTANCE SYSTEM UTILIZES SOFTWARE FOR BUDGET PRIORITIZATION

Today Decision Lens announced that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is working with the software company for program planning and budget execution across the agency to develop a multi-year plan in alignment with strategic goals.

VA was established as an independent agency representing veterans and their families on July 21, 1930 and is the second largest Federal department, with over 340,000 employees. Services and benefits are provided through a nationwide network of 144 medical centers, 1203 community-based outpatient clinics, 300 Vet Centers, 56 Regional Offices, and 131 National and 90 State or Tribal Cemeteries. As advocates for veterans and their families, the VA community is committed to providing the very best services with an attitude of caring and courtesy.

“Decision Lens values our military personnel, and especially values our veterans,” said John Kealey, Chief Executive Officer of Decision Lens. “This opportunity to work with the VA is one that is near and dear to our hearts. We are ecstatic to have this chance to enable the VA to ensure our veterans are receiving the best possible attention across the country.”

In addition to VA, Decision Lens software is used across federal and civilian organizations for better prioritization and resource allocation. Key government customers include the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marines, Navy, Army, Coast Guard, the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, Department of Agriculture, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
