10TH LARGEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD LOOKS TO THE FUTURE

Today Decision Lens announced that Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport has selected Decision Lens for strategic prioritization, evaluation, and selection of IT investments. The airport is a major economic driver for the region, providing over $37B of economic impact. As the airport looks to the future to continue to stay ahead of the curve, the investments in the technology portfolio are a cornerstone to that transformation. The CIO of DFW has turned to Decision Lens to ensure a strategically driven, robust, repeatable, and defensible process that optimizes the use of the resources available.

Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport welcomes more than 64 million customers along their journey every year, elevating DFW to a status as one of the most frequently visited superhub airports in the world.  DFW Airport customers can choose among 153 domestic and 56 international nonstop destinations worldwide.  DFW is elevating the customer experience with modernized facilities and updated amenities, as well as through a $2.7 billion Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program to renovate its four original terminal buildings.
