DECISION LENS IS AN ALLIANCE FOR WORKPLACE EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNER

Decision Lens, a leading provider of Web-based collaborative decision making software, has promoted Ryan Gay to the position of Vice President of Technology.

In his new role as VP of Technology, Ryan will continue to lead the team of software developers, Quality Assurance and technical operations to drive the innovation process in conjunction with the product roadmap.  He will take a hands-on approach of the technical direction of Decision Lens’ collaborative decision-making software– which addresses mission-critical operations such as budget planning, project and product prioritization, trade studies, continuous process improvement, best value source selections, and training.

Before coming to Decision Lens, Ryan worked at E*Trade and was responsible for product application development for E*Trade Financial, where he designed, developed, built, and tested highly robust and scalable online transactional systems.

Ryan holds a BS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he studied Computer Science.

Commercial clients include Kraft, Johnson & Johnson, Genentech, Siemens, and professional sports teams such as the Calgary Flames among others.
