As a Technical Project Manager, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and deliver data-driven analytical solutions that solve client problems.  In this role, you will make a tangible difference in how clients integrate Decision Lens into their organization, visualize the data, and glean insights from the software for business-critical decisions. You will identify client challenges and collaborate with customer success, account management and the technical team to develop and craft solutions. This requires technical, project management and analytical skills as well as experience advising clients. We are looking for candidates with a passion for technology, data, and innovative solutions. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technology solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Expertise in data and decision analytics with the ability to glean insights from data and build customer reports.
  • Conduct data transformation and system-based analysis and reporting, including use of “R” and Shiny .
  • Excellent collaboration skills to interact and build trust with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and end-customers.
  • Train clients to institutionalize the Decision Lens software.
  • Strong business acumen. Ability to develop, integrate, and communicate best practices.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines and work objectives.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting technology and process issues.
  • Ability to track client interaction through the CRM system (SalesForce).
  • Passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment. Enjoy constantly learning.
  • Act as the conduit between the client, Account Management and Leadership
  • Identify and help validate client technical requirements for integrating Decision Lens into customer business processes.
  • Ability to support a diverse customer base with distinct use cases and business needs.
  • Very strong written and oral presentation skills. Ability to succinctly explain and present findings to an executive and/or large group.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Technology, or comparable experience
  • Strong aptitude for Microsoft Excel, including ability to clean, transform, and manipulate data
  • Approximately 3 – 7 years of professional experience
  • Experience implementing technology-related projects in a Federal/DoD environment preferred
  • Experience leading technical integrations desired
  • High achiever with a track record of success
  • Previous experience in technical consulting, analytics, or a technical project management role
  • Expertise in R/Shiny
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative environment
  • U.S. Citizenship Required; an active security clearance strongly preferred
