The Senior Solutions Engineer works alongside both the sales and customer success organizations as a leader with domain expertise in strategy execution and portfolio planning. Beyond the articulation of the solution’s value and applying the technology, decision methodology, and product positioning, the solutions engineer should have a keen understanding of the business environment and challenges that prospective customers are facing. Employing an advisory-based and product-based sales approach, the solutions engineer must align prospective customer business needs with Decision Lens’ capabilities, and have the ability to drive a proof-of-concept for the software, leading the customer prospect both through how the solution will solve their challenges and how the implementation of that solution is attainable and easily delivered through a combination of change management and customer success services offered by Decision Lens. This person will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key trusted technical advisor and product advocate.
