Decision Lens is seeking a highly motivated sales development representative who is looking for a position with uncapped earnings potential and advancement opportunities within a fast-growing organization.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research target organizations to identify decision-makers and influencers whose responsibilities and needs are a match for Decision Lens’ solution.
  • Generate and coordinate qualified meetings and opportunities with prospects by phone, email and social media.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to craft insightful talking points, emails and voicemails which convey Decision Lens’ value proposition and resonate with prospects.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact with targeted companies.
  • Rigorously update and manage leads in Salesforce.com.
  • Work closely with field sales managers to strategically penetrate the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Prior Sales Development experience, in the State & Local Government a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to meet and exceed achievable targets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Advanced research skills
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus but not required
