Decision Lens is seeking a highly motivated sales development representative who is looking for a position with uncapped earnings potential and advancement opportunities within a fast-growing organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Research target organizations to identify decision-makers and influencers whose responsibilities and needs are a match for Decision Lens’ solution.
Generate and coordinate qualified meetings and opportunities with prospects by phone, email and social media.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
Partner with Marketing and Sales to craft insightful talking points, emails and voicemails which convey Decision Lens’ value proposition and resonate with prospects.
Serve as the initial point of contact with targeted companies.
Rigorously update and manage leads in Salesforce.com.
Work closely with field sales managers to strategically penetrate the assigned territory.
Bachelor's Degree required
Prior Sales Development experience, in the Federal Government a plus, but not required
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to take initiative
Ability to meet and exceed achievable targets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Advanced research skills
Salesforce.com experience a plus but not required
