Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives and be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from conceptualization to delivery. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to advance our product forward. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for great UI/UX design, and is a great team player.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitating and/or participating in collaborative design meetings and sprints
  • Daily collaboration with product team (designers, product managers, developers)
  • Participating in, consuming and/or communicating user research
  • Freedom to explore new ideas to help our customers succeed
  • Contributing to and help maintain style guide and design assets
  • Fine-tuning existing designs and components
  • Using existing and new components to create designs for new features and enhancements
  • Providing support for internal, marketing, and sales design  
  • Ability to use the following software: Invision, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Approximately 2 – 6 years of professional experience
  • A strong UI/UX design portfolio with case studies
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working with developers and product teams
  • A strong desire to grow and learn.
  • Experience not required but preferred in HTML/CSS, illustration, photography, animation, print design, video, analytics, React, product marketing

Location: Candidate must be located in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) with ability to travel to the Arlington, VA headquarters periodically.
