Decision Lens is seeking a highly motivated sales development representative who is looking for a position with uncapped earnings potential and advancement opportunities within a fast-growing organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to empower your client to change and improve their organization through the use of Decision Lens
Motivated team player both within the account and across the company
Experience gaining customer buy in to institutionalize the Decision Lens software
Ability to build a trusted relationship with your client
Ability to solve problems and frame decisions into qualitative and quantitative factors
Strong with analytics; ability to glean insights from data
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to develop, integrate, and communicate best practices
Confidence in troubleshooting technology and process issues
Ability to track client interaction through the CRM system (SalesForce)
Ability to learn new technologies
Enjoys customer service
Can excel in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Approximately 2 – 6 years of professional experience
High achiever with a track record of success
Previous experience in technical consulting or analytics
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one required
