As a Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with clients, managers and the technical team to understand our client’s business needs and deliver data-driven analytical solutions that solve client problems. You will work alongside clients as you help them make a real difference. You will work with them to identify their challenges and collaborate with your colleagues to develop and craft solutions. This requires project management and analytical skills as well as experience advising clients. We are looking for candidates with a passion for technology, analytics and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to empower your client to change and improve their organization through the use of Decision Lens
  • Motivated team player both within the account and across the company
  • Experience gaining customer buy in to institutionalize the Decision Lens software
  • Ability to build a trusted relationship with your client
  • Ability to solve problems and frame decisions into qualitative and quantitative factors
  • Strong with analytics; ability to glean insights from data
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to develop, integrate, and communicate best practices
  • Confidence in troubleshooting technology and process issues
  • Ability to track client interaction through the CRM system
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Enjoys customer service
  • Can excel in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Approximately 4 – 8 years of professional experience
  • High achiever with a track record of success
  • Previous experience in technical consulting or analytics
  • An active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance required
  • Travel 25%
