DLW Basic Training
The basic training program provides an overview of the functionality of Decision Lens (DL) tool. The objectives of the course include helping participants understand when to use DL, build basic decision models, participate in group voting, complete simple resource allocations, and get the most value from all the functionality DL has to offer. Instruction will include practical hands-on application of the material and interactive case studies.
Facilitation Training
The full-day facilitation training course provides attendees with advanced facilitation and decision modeling skills, and is designed to increase participants skill and confidence in facilitating key decision-makers and stakeholders through the Decision Lens process.
Intro to Decision Lens - Webinar
The Introduction to Decision Lens webinar provides a general overview of Decision Lens and includes a demonstration of the ways in which clients use DL for decision-making. This one-hour program introduces DL at a high-level and provides participants an illustrative sample model that can help clarify the various ways organizations utilize DL software.
