This course for users new to Decision Lens 3 covers an end-to-end demonstration of capabilities, while also providing hands-on practice using the software and valuable meeting facilitation techniques. This course is for core team members and those responsible for thoroughly understanding the basic functionality of the tool and the supporting methodology.

Get Familiar with Decision Lens - Webinar

The Get Familiar with Decision Lens webinar provides a general overview and demonstration of the ways clients are currently approaching decision-making.  This one-hour program introduces Decision Lens at a high-level and explores an illustrative sample decision.

Techniques for Leading Meetings - In Person

The full-day course teaches attendees valuable techniques to effectively guide their colleagues towards common goals and objectives and uncover the relative priorities most important to the decision objective using Decision Lens.

Allocating Money, Time, and People - In Person

Distance Learning - Virtual

The Distance Learning Program delivers instruction on an individual or small group basis to participants who are not able to attend our in-class course due to distance, time, or other circumstances.  The course is designed to deliver streamlined content of our in-classroom sessions (descriptions above) to remote participants in 2-3 hours per module.
