Every account has a Client Decision Manager (CDM) to work directly with client sponsors and advocates to understand the needs and challenges related to the central pain points.  The CDM’s best practice guidance and facilitation support will allow this proven decision-making process to become institutionalized across all participants. 
 
We support you in three distinct stages.
  • Stage 1 Kickoff: Initial engagement planning, determine software delivery, identify near term uses, and coordinate training.
  • Stage 2 Implement: Identify key personnel for participation and communicate actions to the organization. Execute decision process—through facilitation certification (reference decision maturity model) and product support:
  • Stage 3 Institutionalize:  Review all feedback of the decision-making process to ensure maximum value

The CDM works with each organization to build more efficiency in their processes. The CDM is an unbiased, third party advisor to the clients and facilitates the decision-making process and use of the tool.
