Civilian
Civilian agencies are increasingly being asked to do more with less. They are also under greater pressure to produce measurable results and justify how they allocate their limited resources.
The Civilian agencies have the broadest set of missions in the federal government, and their work most directly affects the lives of everyday citizens.
