Prioritization and Resource Allocation
The Science and Technology group of Marine Corps Program, PEO LS, is using Decision Lens for prioritization and resource allocation decisions for the PEO's vast program management portfolio. USMC PEO LS manages eight federal defense program initiatives, with an estimated value of approximately $9 billion, as stated in the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP). Among these programs are Acquisition Category (ACAT) I and II weapon systems, including the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (the EFV, the Corps’ largest ground acquisition program), and the Marine Personnel Carrier (MPC), and Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), among others.
