Arlington Public Schools (APS) need 143 additional classrooms to accommodate their growing number of students by the year 2016. They cannot resolve the crowding within existing facilities. APS is incorporating the views and opinions of the senior staff, school board, and the community to reach a viable solution. With Decision Lens, they can articulate their strategy and alignment of solutions to objectives and values.
